I have multiple YNAB budgets, how do I pick the correct budget?
Ace My Budget currently supports single budget connections. You can select your default budget in two ways:

First-time setup:
During your initial login, you'll see a "default budget" dropdown on the "Authorize Ace My Budget" page

Changing your selection:
If you need to change your selected budget:

Log out of Ace My Budget (using the button in the top right corner)

Log back in to see the "Authorize Ace My Budget" page

Select your desired budget from the dropdown
Do you support syncing for two or more Amazon accounts?
While we don't officially support multiple Amazon accounts for a single Ace My Budget account, we offer two workaround options:

Alternating accounts:
Connect one account, wait 24 hours for a sync, then disconnect and connect the second account. This works because each sync includes 2 weeks of backdated transactions, ensuring no transactions are missed.

Separate YNAB accounts:
If the Amazon accounts belong to different people sharing a YNAB account, you can use
YNAB Together
to create separate YNAB logins. Each person can then create their own Ace My Budget account and connect their individual Amazon account.
When does Ace My Budget populate my YNAB transaction memos?
Ace My Budget syncs transaction memos daily at 9am UTC (2am PST). For successful syncing:

Your transactions must be imported into YNAB before the sync time

YNAB requires manual transaction import - it doesn't happen automatically

You'll need to open YNAB and import transactions before the sync time
Pro tip:
Import your transactions in YNAB before bed. If you're in the Americas timezone, your memos should be populated by morning.
